أنك تلقيتَ أو أُتيحَت لك الفرصة للحصول على إستشارة قانونية أو إستثمارية أو مصرفية من خُبراء في بلدك ومن إختياركَ أنت بخصوص الخدمات والمنتجات الواردة على الموقع.

كما تُؤكّد أنك أنت طَلبتَ وأنتَ بكامل أهليتك القانونية من نادي ادوات الخصوصية أن يُقدِّم لكَ الخدمة أو المنتج وأن لهذه الخدمة أو المنتج قيمة بالنسبة لك وأن نادي ادوات الخصوصية لم يُقدِّم لك أو لمن تُمثِّل أي إستشارة قانونية أو إستثمارية أو ضمانات أو وعود من أي نوع كانت عن النتائج التي قد تترتب عن الخدمة أو المنتج كما تَعترف أنك تتحمل جميع المخاطر، الاحتمالات، و / أو احتمالات الفشل في مساعيك المرتبطة بالخدمات أو المنتجات المقدمة من نادي ادوات الخصوصية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر خسارة الأرباح أو الأموال المستثمرة أو فوائد الاستثمار، وفقدان كامل رسوم الإحالة أو أي رسم أو عمولة كنت قد دفعتها الى نادي ادوات الخصوصية لشراء الخدمة أو المنتج.

انك تمتلك المعرفة الكافية والمعلومات عن طبيعة الخدمة المطلوبة، كما تتوفر لديك الموارد المالية والخبرة لأداء التزاماتك دون مساعدة أو تدخل من نادي ادوات الخصوصية. كما أنك لم تكن قد إقترضت أي أموال من أي شخص أو فريق ثالث ، من أجل دفع رسوم أو عمولة لنادي ادوات الخصوصية، بما في ذلك، دون حصر، دفع رسوم الإحالة.

عن طريق طلبك لأي خدمة أو منتج على موقعنا فإنك تعترف بأن نادي ادوات الخصوصية لا يُقدِّم أي مشورة قانونية أو استثمارية أو مصرفية أو فنية أو من أي نوع كانت. في حين أنه لدينا آرائنا الخاصة بموضوع الخصوصية والحرية الفردية نحن نسعى للإجابة عن اسئلتك ومساعدتك بأقصى قدرة وأن نسعى مُخلصين لتأمين الخدمة أو المنتج ولكن نحن نُشجِّعكَ على طلب المشورة من محاميين مُختصين قانونيين أو مصرفيين أو ماليين في بلدك أو بلد إقامتك لأنه لا يمكن أن نُقدم لك هذه المشورة القانونية.

من المفهوم والمتفق عليه أنه من خلال طلبك لأي خدمة أو منتج على موقعنا فإنك توافق صراحة وتصرِّح بأنك تحترم وتلتزم بالقوانين المرعية الإجراء في بلدك أو بلد إقامتك وأنك تُبرء ذمة نادي ادوات الخصوصية من أي مسؤولية من أي نوع كانت تَنتُج عن مُخالفتك للقوانين المرعية الإجراء في بلدك من خلال طلب أي خدمة أو منتج وارد على موقعنا.

ومن المفهوم والمتفق عليه من قبلك أنه نظراً لطبيعة الخدمات والمنتجات المصرفية الحساسة والخاصة لدينا، لا يمكن استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة ثمناً لهذا النوع من الخدمات أو المنتجات قبل أو بعد إتمامنا للخدمة أو إرسالنا للمنتج المطلوب من قبلك أو إفصاحنا عن مُقَدِّم الخدمة وعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر خدمات تسجيل الشركات او فتح الحسابات المصرفية أو طلبات الحصول على بطاقات إئتمان غير إسمية أو من أي نوع كانت كما لا يتم رد رسوم الاحالة في حال قمت بإلغاء طلبك لأي خدمة أو منتج وارد على موقعنا بعد طلبك للخدمة ودفع الرسوم وإفصاحنا عن تفاصيل المنتج حتى قبل إتمامنا للخدمة أو ارسالنا للمنتج.

نقدم ضمانة إعادة الرسوم والأموال المدفوعة في الحالات التالية:

في حال لم يتم تَقديم أو إنجاز الخدمة المطلوبة أو إرسال المنتج المطلوب خلال المدة المُتفق عليها فإن نادي ادوات الخصوصية يَلتزم ويَتعهَّد بإعادة كامل الرسوم والأموال المدفوعة غير مَنقوصة أو مُجتزئة خلال مدة لا تتجاوز عشرة أيام عمل من تاريخ إستلامنا لإشعار من قِبَلكَ يُفيد بأنك لم تستلم المُنتج أو لم يتم إنجاز الخدمة المطلوبة من قبلنا أو من قِبَل شُركائنا خلال المدة المُتفق عليها أو المصرح بها من قِبلنا. إن تعهُّد الضمانة هذا صالح لمدة ثلاثون يوم من تاريخ الإخلال من قِبلنا أو قِبل شُركائنا بإنجاز الخدمة أو إرسال المنتج.

تخضع سياسة إسترداد الرسوم للشروط العامة المُسَبَّقة التالية:

• عُمُوماً رسوم الخدمات غير قابلة للاسترداد. وهذا بسبب طبيعتها والتكاليف الإدارية الناتجة عن عملية استرداد الرسوم.
• عند الإقتضاء وفي حال إلغاء الطلب فوراً بعد تقديمه أو خلال مدة لا تزيد عن ثلاثة أيام عمل يتم رد الرسوم على أساس نسبة العمل الفعلي المنجز وتكاليف الاسترداد. على أن يتم طلب الإسترداد عبر نفس البريد الالكتروني الذي إستُعملَ لطلب الخدمة أو المنتج.
• يجب أن تتم جميع طلبات الاسترداد أو الإلغاء من قِبل الفرد أو الشركة التي أجرت الدفع وللمعاملات المدفوعة عبر بطاقات الائتمان للشخص حامل البطاقة.
• يتم إرجاع أي رسوم أو مدفوعات تتم من خلال بطاقات الإئتمان الى البطاقة نفسها التي تم إستخدامها لدفع الرسوم

المنتجات والتسهيلات المصرفية بما في ذلك بطاقات الصراف الآلي، بطاقات الائتمان وفتح الحسابات من أي نوع:

حيث أن نادي ادوات الخصوصية يُوفِّر الخدمات المصرفية عن طريق الإحالة الى مصادرنا فإن ينطبق على هذه الخدمات الشروط التالية:
إن نادي ادوات الخصوصية يعمل فقط كوسيط فيما يتعلق بتوفير التسهيلات والخدمات المصرفية سواء كجزء من خدمات تأسيس الشركات أو على أساس شخصي. فإنك توافق بأن نادي ادوات الخصوصية لا يُقدم أيَّة ضمانات بأنها ستكون قادرة على ترتيب هذه التسهيلات أو الخدمات وأن القرار النهائي بهذا الخصوص يعود للسلطة التقديرية لإدارة المصرف أو المؤسسة المالية. كما أنك تقبل أنه في حال قيام نادي ادوات الخصوصية بالمساعي المعقولة لترتيب وإنجاز الخدمات المصرفية المطلوبة ولكن تمَّ رفض طلبكَ من قِبل البنك أو المؤسسة المالية لأسباب لم تفصح عنها مسبقاً فإن نادي ادوات الخصوصية يعتبر أنه أنجز الخدمة المطلوبة وبالتالي استحقت رسوم الإحالة المدفوعة له.

لِيكُن معلوماً لديك أن نادي ادوات الخصوصية لا يتغاضى عن أي نشاط إجرامي وسوف يقوم برفض أي وجميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بإستخدام إجرامي لأي منتج و / أو خدمة واردة على موقعنا. ونحن نتمسك بقوانين مكافحة غسيل الأموال وغيرها من الانتهاكات ولن نتوانى عن إبلاغ السلطات المختصة.

من المعلوم أنه فيما يُعتبر تجنب الضرائب قانونياً فإن التهرب من دفع الضرائب هو جُرم يعاقب عليه القانون وبالتالي تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية إحترام قوانين وأنظمة بلدك أو بلد إقامتك وعليك التصرف على هذا الأساس. كما تقع عليك مسؤولية معرفة ما إذا كان المنتج أو الخدمة المطلوبة تتوافق مع قوانين وأنظمة بلدك أو بلد إقامتك.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Generally service and referral fees are non refundable. This is because of the administrative costs involved in dealing with refunds.
• Where applicable and if cancellation is made within 3 working days from date of payment, refund request will be accepted via same e-mail address used to submit your request.
• On pending casework generally refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis. This will take into account actual work done on a particular case.
• All refund and cancellation requests must be made by the individual or organization making the payment and for card transactions by the credit card holder.
• For card payments refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

The Client accepts that Privacy Tools Club makes no guarantee of being able to arrange such facilities and accepts that the arrangement of the same is subject to status and entirely at the discretion of the bank or other financial institution to whom introduced. The Client accepts that where Privacy Tools Club has used reasonable endeavors to arrange and locate banking services but the Client has been rejected by the bank for any reason whatsoever then Privacy Tools Club shall be deemed to have provided the Service in relation to banking to the full satisfaction of the Client.

Privacy Tools Club does not condone criminal activity and we will decline any and all inquiries regarding possible criminal use of any products and/or services. We adhere to anti-money laundering laws and report abuses to the appropriate authorities.
